CaFHS COVID-19 Update
This page provides information and updates about access to services at the Child and Family Health Service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) acknowledges this is a challenging time for many families. We want to assure families that CAFHS will continue to provide free support to all children aged 0-5 years.
Information about our services during COVID-19
- Services will be provided by telehealth in the first instance, with limited face-to face consultations in the family house or at one of our designated clinics.
- Any face-to-face consultations will be through a pre booked appointment process.
- Families who receive face-to face support can expect the health clinicians to be wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes a mask, face shield or goggles, gloves and gown.
- All self-weigh facilities are currently closed.
To make an appointment, please call 1300 733 606.
