To book an appointment call 1300 733 606 between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with as much notice as possible.

If phoning after hours, please leave a message with your contact details.

If you would like CaFHS to call you to make an appointment, please complete this form and one of our staff will call you within 2-3 business days.

Calls received between 7.15 am - 9.15 pm will be answered by local Parent Helpline staff.
